Unique balanced of spelt and white flours. The result is a malty nutty flavour and is usually well tolerated by gluten sensitive people (but it really depends on each personn).

Baked every morning on site, our baguettes are made of 100% australian flour.
They are yeast based and we use a very long fermentation process to enhance flavours. Time is our best friend.
