
Our sesame baguettes are generously coated with raw, un-hulled sesame seeds. The result is a golden crust, irregular crumb and slight nutty caramelly aftertaste.
Ingredients : White flour, water, sesame seeds, salt, yeast.
Baked every morning on site, our baguettes are made of 100% australian flour.
They are yeast based and we use a very long fermentation process to enhance flavours. Time is our best friend.
